Floating

This is a watercolor of a duck floating in a stream. The water was Cristal clear and you could see the vegetation below and it was hard to tell how deep the water was. It was a calm and beautiful scene with the wild duck calmly swimming upstream looking as if it was just floating on air except for the water gently telling you that he was staying in one place as the water went by. The moving bright green and blues contrasted by the white duck with brown patterns on the water accentuated the peaceful surroundings.
